Need help with MP10QD

It’s stopped working after 3 months of use. It blinks white, salmon, green and red repeatedly. I tried to reset and **** off for a while, but no luck.

It’s stopped working after 3 months of use. It blinks white, salmon, green and red repeatedly. I tried to reset and **** off for a while, but no luck.

White and red means pump disconnect, red and green means stalling error, try separating the wet and dry side, and then put them back and boot up the pump. If still nothing check that there is nothing blocking the wet side and that it spins freely. If thay doesnt work you may have a problem with your dry side, contact ecotech customer support as it's still under warranty.

Thanks. I check the wet side and it spins freely. I only had this for a 3 months. Hopefully I can get this fixed soon. It decided to go out a day before my vacation. Haha

Then your dry side is most likly faulty contact ecotech on Monday should still be under warranty
