Need help with my angel fish

I received my angle about 6 weeks ago and placed it in my qt. When it cam in it had white colflower like spots on the back fin ant hat spreed to front fins aswell in about one week. The fish was eating just fine and it was waiting for the spots to go away and I know this isn't ick I has ick 6 months ago and got ride of it with a qt tank. Had my display tank go empty for months. So 5 weeks later my angle fish white spots go away by them self but now my angle fish is getting color discoloration. So now I don't know what to do i will upload some pics please help. My fish today did not eat as it did before.

My tank parameters are perfect I don't think it's something with my water and my waters temperature is 78°

What, if any, meds have you run through qt? It has been there 6 weeks, right? No other fish added?

The white cauliflower-like growths you were seeing was probably Lymphocystis: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/lymphocystis.257461/

The splotchiness/discoloration you are now seeing is normal for a juvenile Emperor Angel, as the fish begins to transition into an adult.

I used melafix on the second week then took the other fish out and put them in my display tank but the angle stayed in my qt and then I added furan 2 for a week. I followed med directions did all water changes as needed at week five I put my angle in my sump it is a glass sump and my middle section is about 30 gallons.
