Need help with my ATI Powermodule

Having some problems with the LEDs on my powermodule. For some reason the Leds seem to do what they want! Right now they should be at 60% and instead they are off. Anyone had these problems? Almost seems the program isn't working at all on leds

Did you "save to lamp" after you finished adjusting the settings within the ATI program?

I did. They did come back on once the next setting cane up. I just can't figure out why it's turning off.

Double check make sure you have the intensity and timing right (military time).

Happened to me a time or two where it wasn't following a new program I set up. I pulled the plug to the power brick and let it sit for 24hrs and when I plugged it back in it was working.

Weird, I still can't get mines to read on my laptop. Maybe I should unplug it for a while.

I'll unplug it tonight. Did you have to resave the program to the light?
