Need help with my carpet anemone

Hi guys my carpet anemone mouth is gaping open. And a mucus is coming out of its mouth. And only one clownfish is getting near on anemone. What should I do?

How old is your tank ?
How old is the nem ?
Did you treat it before adding it to your tank?
What light do you have?
Where is the nem in the tank?

Mine does that sometimes after I feed it. Couple hours later it looks great.
