This chalice has been growing like a beast since May. About three weeks ago I noticed an aptasia growing around the left side so I took it out and placed a small glob of aquastix epoxy over the ap to kill. Since then it’s been receding.

Should I take out and dip in Coral RX ?
Should I cut off the affected part?

This is one of my favorites and hate to loose it. Any suggestions would be appreciated Nothing out of ordinary which is why I’m thinking bacterial. What do I need to do?

Parameters all stabile for last month. Sitting in 100 par.

It definitely has something going on. I would give it a dip, and with a turkey baster, lightly blast off the dead tissue. If you want to take it an extra step, you can superglue over the damaged section to stop it from receding.
