Noticed the last week or so that the tubes on my paly no longer extend like they used to in my pic. Now they just lay flat. Not sure what is wrong or what to look for??? Please help.

Did your lights change? Usually zoas and palys extend the tubes to reach up to the light. If they are a new addition, it is possible your lights are providing better coverage for them, so they are going back to a more down to earth lifestyle...

I haven't changed my lights at all. I am using an AI Prime. I just figured that they were happy when the tubes were extended. I have never owned one before. When I noticed the tubes no longer were extended I immediately did a water change. No changes however.

Gotcha! I don't think there is anything to worry about as long as the polyps are opening (which it looks like they are). I suspect they grow faster if they are not reaching for the light, just a guess though...

I do have an emperor. When I first introduced the corals he was picking on them. I lost a few inexpensive corals like my GSP. Now I think he has adjusted to them and I don't see him picking on the corals anymore. I just have to be very selective in what I purchase. I can't get anything that will look like a snack to him.
