Need help with my t5 fixture pleaseee

i got a 6 bulb t5 Tek fixture, i think it's a Tek. Some days the light work and some day it throws a tantrum( light doesnt come on, flickers, some bulb fires. Some didnt, etc)

I got it to work on avg 4 days out of a week. Please helpppp!

Ballasts, end caps or wires.

All lights or just certain ones?

I would start by looking at the prongs on the bulbs and cleaning them with fine steel wool. I'd also use an electronic cleaner, such as QD Electronic Cleaner from CRC (or many other brands) to clean up the endcaps. If that doesn't do it, I'd move onto the wires and make sure they are making good contact, and finally, it that doesn't do it, maybe try a replacement ballast.

Theyre all random. Some day light 1 & 5 work and other day light 4 & 3 come on. Now theyre all flickering like a strobe light.

By chance is the fixture getting sprayed with saltwater?

I don really know for sure. Maybe tiny splashes from my HOB filter.
