I need help is this normal yellow tang fast breathing and gills look weird

Hard to see with heavy blue lighting but noticeable is heavy breathing. Inspect fish for any dots, redness.
Also is fish:
scratching and darting ?
shaking its head side to side?
Swimming into water flow ath?
Eating or stopped?
Is poop normal or not?

Thanks for helping but no scratching eating well and poop normal doing everything right just heavy breathing and no dots

How old is the tank? How long have you had the tang?

The rocks in the video look pretty white, if the tank is new it might be ammonia. Have to ask.

Its like 7 months old and had the tank for 2 months no ammonia in the tank all testing are good

Yes - the YT is breathing too fast. There are a variety of things that can cause that; various gill diseases, water quality problems and low oxygen.

Are there other fish in the tank, and are they breathing fast?
Does the tank have good aeration (not just circulation)?
How long have you had the tang?
How long has the tank been set up?
