Not an expert but I have a few. It looks a little stressed but not the worst I have seen. I would just get my vet to write a prescription but I think you can also order it online without a prescription

Think i need it? Lfs i got it frpm said that it was healthy. But ge got busy and forgot about it and felt it floating in a basket for a couple of days.
Ill get more pics of it tomorrow, i put him in my frag tank 20g w/ 4 bulb t5. Should be ok right?
Have mh on my main tank but. Didnt wanna throw him in there if he had problems...
And i traded for him 6 eyes bleeding apple bowerbanki

He looks sick. You need to get antibiotic to treat him in a hospital tank. Go to Reefcentral.com in the anemone forum. I have a stickly thread there detailing how you should treat him.
Best of luck with him.
The sooner you treat him the better. With out treatment quickly, with in the next 24-48 hrs, he will not make it.

Why not put the info here instead of directing the OP to another forum?? Not cool!!

Sometimes posting links to other sites is frowned upon by some sites, not sure the case here, but I agree and Orion did provide some extremely valuable info for treating nems that were previously considred very difficult/near impossible to keep, and since the cipro treatment I have seen success escalate greatly and now many are able to keep mags, gigs, and others.
I agree, I would begin cipro treatment on that nem soon.

It is really just take too long to put all the informations and retype it. Not only on my posts but all the comments and discussion on it also. Bare bone information can be copy here but if you want to read about in dept you just going to have to go there.

When I devised treatment of Clam PMD with fresh water dip, I posted on three boards (ReefCentral, Reef.ORG and The Reef Tank) and it just not mamagable. Soon everything got mixed up, I for got what I posted on which thread. The information was incomplete, fragmented. Plus the time it take to monitor the three boards.

I also have a day job and very busy. ReefCentral Anemone forum is one of the best forum for anemone care. For that reason, I choose to post the information I came up there. I am sorry if this offended some people. If you want information regarding this topic, you just have to go there.

You can call around with LFS and check and see if they carry antibiotic. Get ciprofloxacin or trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole combination. Maybe reefer in you area have some.
There is no other way other than get him out and trat him with antibiotic. Let me know what you have and I can suggest the dosage you need to use.

Other than treating him with antibioitc, there is nothing else you can do to help him. He will be dead in a few days without treatment.

Check with your friends or LFS. Some one may have some meds. If not you are out of luck.
In the future, It is best to have antibiotic before getting a sensitive anemone like Magnifica or Gigantea

Is there not anything at a fish store or anything over the counter that I can get?

.......

See above

If you google the words, "buy cipro online overnight" you will see plenty of options listed.

Time in the hobby keeping such nems will make this as common knowledge as having water ready for fish.
They are not easy nems to keep, but one of the main solutions to doing so has been figured out for us thanks to Minh/orion
