Hi have a very small Niger Trigger that I have had for about 2weeks. Yesterday all was fine and he looked great. Today I checked on my tank and notice 2 fish looking a bit rough. First my fairy wrasse. It seems like the left side of his body is missing some scales.

My Niger trigger looks even worse, it looks like he has a swollen cloudy left eye and white flakes on his tail and bottom half of his body.

I just fed my tank and all fish are eating and swimming great.

Any ideas what this could be? And if so how to treat it.

Checked my parameters and all seem well. Other fish look fine.

Pics below.

Popeye (like your niger) can be multiple things - from a pressure difference - or an infection/injury.
More information would be really helpful - At a minimum - I would set up a hospital tank - and get ready to treat with antibiotics. What you are suggesting is that there is aggression from some other fish - but you don't list them.

As to the wrasse - and the trigger - my guess is injury from another fish - you didn't list your fish? But the tang in the pictures could have played a role

2 clown, 1 powered blue tag, 1 red hawk fish, 1 royal gramma, 4 cardinals, 1 lawn mower, 1 mandarin dragonet (eating fine) my apologies, didn’t realize I didn’t include my other fish. Blue tang is definitely a tank boss and bullied both of them when they first arrived, but things have calm down as far as I could tell.

I do not see tank size mentioned.
Niger's, especially small ones will mess/break/chew/eat just about anything and everything just because it is fun for them.
The powder blue may not have taken a liking to him/that and they can be extremely aggressive, even if chill for a long time. Once acclimated and happy I've seen them slice even bigger fish badly. They need lots of room.
If cramped, neither of these fish are going to be comfortable.
Do as instructed above. Try and treat infected fish if possible.
