Need help with Noopsyche lights

Can anyone advise me on how to stop Noopsyche K7 Pro II lights from stopping their schedule at 1am and 1pm ?
I have reset the lights and put the manual schedule in the lights but the blue indicator light goes out at 1pm and the red indicator comes on showing manual mode.
Any ideas?
I have texted with Noopsyche on FB but the only suggestion was to reset the lights to factory which I have done several times.

UPDATE - Noopsyche contacted me on FB Messenger. They had me take the controller into a different room. The lights did not fault at 1pm as they have been doing so perhaps this is the fix. Fingers crossed.
