Need Help with Old Freshwater tank

Hi everyone, I have a 19.5 gallon tank that has been sitting in my garage for few years. I pulled it out and filled it up today just to see how it would hold up with water in it. It seemed to hold up fine. This is where I need some help and advice. Is it worth putting a seal again for extra support or should I be fine and not worry about it possible giving out.

I’d clean that baby up well and first “inspect” the seal.
If it’s holding water and you see no damage to the seal, me, I just move ahead.
If does leak at first, I doubt it’s going to spring a new one.
