Need help with open product

Hi everyone, I recently bought Kent Marine marine tank clarifier from Amazon and the product arrived with the seal open. Have any of you used this product, is this normal? And if this product don't have any color or smell?
I Want to know if what I bought is the real thing or if it was a ripoff.

I'm not familiar with this product, but I'm reasonably confident that you have already answered your own question with significant certainty. That "seal open" thing really must be a deal breaker, mustn't it?

I've not used it to know if it normally comes sealed.

The product doesn't say what exactly is in it, but almost certainly it is an ionic polymer, which might not smell or be colored.
