Need help with phophate levels!

In mine I have a protein skimmer, chemi pure blue, seachem purigen, and some biomedia at the bottom.

I would drop the purigen as the chemi blue is the same with added carbon so you are not really benefiting the tank, you could use that space for rowaphos.

Or drop the chemi, mix carbon and purigen together in a 200 micron or less media bag, will be a lot cheaper.

Are you using kalkwasser for your ATO reservoir?

Yes.1/2tsp per gallon. I use a tunze ato. Any other ato i wouldn’t.
