Need help with photos

Hi,

When I am trying to capture photos of my tank I get this black strip strobbing effect. Lights are reef breeders photon v2. How can I get a good clear shot without this effect?

That would be helpful. Just my phone camera. It's a Google pixel 3. I didn't have problems taking photos before. I just upgraded to a larger tank and new lighting. So I think the problem is either the light or the glass causing the effect.
