The red stuff on the rock looks like corraline algae which is good. The red on the sandbed i can't tell for sure maybe cyno. If it is you need to make sure you have good flow and skimmer in good working order. Most nusiance algaes are caused by excess nutrients which usally means overfeeding. It will usally go away with water changes and keeping them nutrients in check.
