I have a ReefKeeper Elite plus V2 and I cannot connect a second PC4 without it synching with the first one and just turning everything on and off.

When I connect the second PC4 it only shows one of them under my modules and it keeps switching back and forth between the two. The settings from one also transfer to the other so it is like mixing them together. Am I missing something? Is there a way I can change the ID on them so it recognizes them separately?

I have tried a factory reset and even broke the whole thing down to bring to my computer to make sure all firmware was updated and did a whole new setup from myreef 2.0. Still the same results once I set it all back up again.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It sounds like both of them were updated at the same time and now have the same serial number. Did you have both modules connected to the SID when updating the firmware? Only one module at a time can be connected to the SID when updating firmware. You will have to do an interrupted update on one of the PC4's. See http://digitalaquatics.com/downloads/Interrupted_Update_Process.docx for details on interrupted update process.

Thank you very much for this response! I emailed digital aquatics and they said the same thing so hopefully this is my issue. Once I get home I am going to do the interrupted update and see if it works.

Thanks again!
