I have a waveline DC12000 pump that i just took apart to clean after 2 years (dont judge). when I got it put back together and running i was going to dump the dirty water out and it noticed a white washer in the bottom of my bucket. Not sure if it came from that pump but it seems likely it did.
I took the pump back out and the only place i could see it would fit is on the shaft but i could not get the pump back together with it on there and i couldnt find a list of parts for the pump either.
i left it off and put the pump back in service.
Does anyone know if there is in fact a washer that goes on the shaft for this pump?

most likely on the shaft. i’ve lost dozens of these over the years with no adverse effects.

some have them located right below the impeller magnet. that’s usually the one that gets lost because you don’t always see it when you pull out the impeller.

i believe that is where it goes but i could not get the pump back together with it in there.
I will keep an eye/ear on it but it was running great and quiet without it.

you could also slip it on the shaft then tip the pump upside down, then slide the impeller in. but if it’s ok for now then it shouldn’t be a problem.
