need help with RO DC 5500 power supply burned up

trying to get ahold of coralvue about a clam. I want to talk to a person and not a machine or doing the ticket thing. my power supply burned up on me and theres no reason y it would burn up. the housing is melted and has a hole burned into it.. im lucky it didn't start my stand on fire.
