I have a slight problem.. all of my color-coded 1/4 tubings has been removed from my RODI and I haven't a clue how to reinstall it. What I have is a 6 stage.. plus water saver. Also included are the booster pump, auto flush and turn off. Could someone be as so kind as to show me how to reconnect everything? A schematic would truly be helpful. This is truly a case of poop happens! Thank you This has been crossed posted as im not sure where to place it

Hi @Classic_Rich
Here is the link to the BRS 6 stage. If it's not the same unit, it might be close enough to get you what you need. I have also seen instructions on the BRS site that explains how to hook up the water saver.

Hope this helps. Best of luck and stay safe.

Yes, I have seen this.. Was not able to ascertain correct tubing placement Thankyou

I may be able to assist with some of your needs. I don't have a booster pump or water saver but you can find installation instructions for each of those separately, i'm sure. Please excuse my backward setup.

Here is my setup.

As you can see, my red line is the IN from the house, and goes into the left hand side of the RO unit, into the sediment filter. Through two carbon blocks into a tee on the backside which supplies the pressure gauge.

From there it goes through the auto-shutoff to the front of the membrane.

On the back of the membrane, one line goes to the auto shut off, and the other to my flush valve. The black line drains to the laundry drain. The blue line in the shut-off continues to the left side of the DI unit (where I have a three-way valve to pull off RO water). The line coming out the right side of the DI unit should be RODI water for your reservoir. hth

Thank you for sharing a visual for a better understanding. Bulk Reef Supply Adam has sent me a schematic right after I seen your post. Thanks again, Jared... One question if you are on askbrstv I posted a video a strange hissing. know anything of this?

I have the same hissing. And thank God for it. It saved me a few times. Once when I walked by and heard it, and remembered that I had left the hose in a bucket without a float valve, and then one time I walked by and DIDN'T hear the hissing when I thought I was filling the RODI reservoir (turned out I had forgotten to shut the flush valve and had been flushing for over an hour). I'm sorry that doesn't answer your question.

I used to be a pipefitter, and anytime we were restricting water the way an RO membrane does, I heard similar hissing. It doesn't bother me anymore.
