Need Help With Scratches On Acrylic Tank

I picked up this acrylic tank today. I need to have the scratches on the tank buffed out. I'm handy, I can pretty much do it myself. But between work and family I rather take it somewhere and get it done professionally. So my question is, what company can I take it to? NY, NJ and PA is reasonable distance for me being how I travel back and forth to those states.

Ah, same difference. Garden eels would also look cool as you can easily have a deep enough sandbed.

Apparently, yes. They indicate the eels may be more bothered by the seahorses than the other way around. They recommend having the seahorse structures placed away from the eels.
