I'm new to keeping corals, and I want to know what corals are for a beginner. Also, can I put corals into the tank after a cycle or should I wait?

Soft corals are a good place to begin. What are your parameters?
0 PPM for nitrate, nitrite, ammonia. Phosphate at 0, PH at 7.8-8. Haven't check calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium yet (really late at night). I'll check the calcium/alk/mg tomorrow morning.

When a tank is cycled you can add easy corals like mushrooms, green star polyps and zoas/pally's. Now understand they are beginner but do require basic water parameters to be some what stable. You can get away with more by going with easy coral but nothing is bullet proof. Once you get your level in these ranges go ahead and get some corals. SG 1.025-1.026, cal 380-450, alk 7-10 dkh mag 1280-1350 temp 78-80. Also make sure you have the correct light, something like T5 HO 10k and actinics.

You have any livestock in your tank?
Reason I ask is your No3 and Po4 are detecting 0.0 :(

Your test results came back as 0 across the board. Typically after a cycle, there's a small amount of nitrates. This indicates you may/may not be completed with your cycle.
