Need help with smart micro atos!!!!

Hi! I'm having a problem with my smart micro atos I run 2. One is one my jbj 45 and my 65. It is either not keeping the water level where I set it. Or it dumps a bunch of rodi in the sump/ aio rear sump area. It's throwing off my skimmers and we are about to go on vacation and me and my dad are worried is there a fix to this or are we gonna have to buy new atos which we really don't want to do! Thank you for any help!

I have this ato system and have not experienced the above. Are both of them doing it? Is the ato pump lower than the sump water level? May want to clean the lense or redo the installation to make sure it is correct.

Yes both are doing the same thing and both pumps are below the sump water level. We did clean the lense on both atos. And I'll have to try to re do the installation thank you!

Makes sure your top off line is not submerged underwater. If it is it will siphon back.

I recently had a problem with mine not working at all, its a year old I thought it was the pump, I took the pump apart and cleaned everything, it looked perfectly clean and still didn't work, it ended up being hardened calcium caked on the sensor that I wasn't able to see so I scraped it off and now it works like new

Are you getting any alarms when the water level is below the sensor or when it dumps a lot of water in the sump? Both situations should trigger the alarm. I have one and it works flawlessly.
