The Sailfin and Purple are not looking good. They're both hanging out on the bottom, the Sailfin especially is not looking good. I imagine they're extremely fatigued. Unfortunately, the Ruby Reef Rally I ordered won't be here until Tuesday. Would a FW dip help any at this point? Would a dip in Ruby Reef Rally even help at this point?

No. Please increase oxygen exchange at the surface of the water. Keep the lights low or off on the tank. How is the ammonia in the tank? You may need to do a water change if you have ammonia.

I have an airstone going. I will make sure the power head is faced up to the surface. Water temp at about 72 to help water keep higher O2 levels. Lights are off. Seachem Ammonia Badge shows no sign of toxic Ammonia level's, but, I did a 25% WC tonight as part of the Furan-2 instruction.

Air stones don't give as much oxygen as you think. Surface agitation is key

Run water temp at least 76 degrees. I realize the metabolism is lower but also considered cold for such genus of fish.
Freshwater helpful with oodinum and ich to a degree. Wont do much ere. The HLLE likely a vitamin deficiency and reaction to carbon which I assume was removed.
If eating, add both selcon vitamins and garlic extract to their foods.(will boost stamina and immune system)
Secondary infections are a challenge but can be overcome. Typically lack of water changes resulting in decreased water quality may also contribute to the development of this disease. If the disease is allowed to progress untreated, the damage is likely to spread from the head along the lateral line – hence the name Lateral Line Erosion. This disease is commonly treated with frequent water changes and dietary nutrition.
One other thing that comes to mind when i see your pics is the possibility of stray voltage which will affect fish in the manner that your pictures show. Stray AC Voltage can be detected by connecting a multimeter to an AC receptacle’s ground and your tank water. Magnetic driven devices, such as our pumps and powerheads can cause a low AC voltage reading in aquariums.

What does it mean if a fish can't keep his equilibrium and when he tries to swim, swims in spirals or upside down? This is what the Purple Tang is doing now.

I am still in the process of getting him into cleaner water, but observed this behavior.
