There's your Phosphate problem them. Phosguard can help. PhosphateRX can also collect phosphates and bind them so that they will be collected by a skimmer, etc. There's other ways also.

But if you're using city tapwater you're always going to have phosphate issues.

Ok so I can see about purchasing that along with I’ll try and manually remove as much as possible and get a good cleanup crew thank you all for the advice
