Need help with yellow belly blue hippo

Looking some advice! I’ve got a yellow bellied blue hippo. Been breathing kinda rapidly and hiding allot. For 2 days. Didn’t eat yesterday and today she has allot of red spots all over. Some Other fish in the tank have had a bad ich outbreak last night. Not sure if I should treat with copper for a parasite in the gills or somthing else for an internal bacterial infection. She has been rubbing rocks allot. Maybe brushing? She’s just moved into QT waiting for meds. Just not sure which way to go. Opinions welcome. Thanks

How long have you had this fish?
have your treated it with anything yet?
What are you doing for the other fish with ich?

Need better pics and/or video under white lighting. I see bacterial but not ich under white lighting.
Before any pet stores close if not too late, you will likely need :
- Quarantine tank (also a starter kit at walmart will work)
- Seachem Kanaplex
- Coppersafe Medication
- Hanna Copper test kit

Do not apply treatment to what you have is confirmed.
