my midnight clown fish has a bunch of white spots on it and I’ve searched it up but I can’t tell if it’s ich or not because my sister has a midnight clown with white spots on it too any one know what’s going on here?

As said, it’s impossible to tell without pictures. There are plenty of reasons a fish can show white spots.
