I just bought some Fritz turbo start 900 and was about to add it when I realized I already had a fish in there will it kill my starry blenny?

Yes you will be fine adding it with fish already in it.

Is there a reason why you want to add it? Was the tank rushed in cycling and your worried about your fish?
