Ok according to this pic it looks like my peppermint shrimp is carrying eggs. If so what do I need to do in order to keep the hatchlings.

yea, sure looks like eggs to me. My bad, thought you were stating a fact in your opening post.
 
Those are definitely eggs, but I don't know if they are viable. They look so white. Do you have a magnifying glass? Can you see little eyes or anything? Or is it just a cloudy white? Do you have a male? They have narrower tails and the feelers under the tail aren't as long and soft as the females (like sexing a lobster). As for saving them, I wish you luck.
 
I think those are fertilized eggs because unfertile/brand new eggs will be much more hidden inside the tail. Keeping the babies would require isolating her and a lot of work.
