Can you describe it a bit and maybe get a picture with better light on it? That would help us out big time! Otherwise it looks like some sort of macroalgae, but I can't say definitively.

Hard to tell from the picture.

Darn. I always forget the name. Is it black and looks kind of like a mushroom. Sometimes you will be able to see a white slit down the middle and sometimes it almost opens up so you see more white?
If that sounds right they are harmless and possibly good guys. I had one that grew from the size of a dime to about a half dollar. He was really cool to watch and everyone said he was harmless. Now if only I could remember the name.

Yes it has a white slit in the middle I just need to know do I need to worry about it or try to get it out

Everything looks great so far! My only suggestion would be to move the GSP on the bottom right a little further from your main rocks unless you really want it to take over, GSP when it gets rolling can take over everything in its path.

Center of the photo and rocks looks to be a torch, is it inflated or is flow just pushing it down a bit? They typically prefer flow coming up from underneath them.

i have moved it to the right hope this is the right picture i am trying to send u of it

Does it look happy? fully inflated and extended tentacles would indicate they are. If it is a newer tank, some torches (for whatever reason) don't always do well in young tanks. They should be in flow somewhat like this video if you can manage it:
