Definitely remove it. Chances are there are more that you haven’t seen yet. I had a plague of them in my fuge. I kept 2 peppermint shrimp in there for almost a month and they wiped all the visible ones out. A month after they were removed the aiptasia was back to plague proportions so I just keep one in there permanently.

Nooo. Aptasia could grow in a pile of manure if you let it. They can survive pretty much anything. It's why they're so hard to get rid of.
