Need help!

So i made a water bottle trap! And i put mysis shrimp in there i need to get my blue damsel out of the tank he is aggresive towards my copperband fish. Im a newbie to this hobby and didn't know any better. So is thwre any best way to get my damsel out?

How big is your tank?

55 gallon

I would drain it then he can't escape if you have something to temporarily contain your water. It will be faster and you will never catch it unless you get lucky.
