Need help

Can anyone tell me what is going on with my wrasse. He is eating and acting normal. He is in a qt tank for 2 weeks with a Blenny. I am also looking what I need to use to treat him thank you guys. He has a red spot on his side.

Could be from a injury. I suspect bacterial infection.

Agree that it could be bacterial but also given the wound it’s possibly uronema. The treatment isn’t that different though.

If it's not a wound from the blenny, it's probably uronema. I would get Metroplex or any form of metronidazole in the tank ASAP. Treat for 10 days.
