I have a biocube 32 and I'm running chemi pure blue in second chamber and my nitrates are 25ppm I just recently bought nopox and wanted to give it a try so my sps stay healthy and want tank consistent. Should I remove the chemi pure before dosing nopox or is it fine to leave the chemi pure while I dose nopox?

As per the NOPOX instructions you would not want to leave the chemipure in the tank while using NOPOX as chemipure is a phosphate and nitrate remover/reducer. As per my experience with NOPOX I hope you have test kits that are capable of testing phosphate and nitrate at low levels. I guess with a tank of your size I’m wondering why you wouldn’t just increase your frequency of water changes. With NOPOX I found myself running through Red Sea’s test kits testing so frequently out of concern that it would have been less expensive and less hassle to just do water changes. NOPOX didn’t make things easier for me but maybe it will for you.

I have no experience with NOPOX, but with that size aquarium, I would just do a 100% water change if worried and find the source of nitrate. Do 50% water changes over a couple days if not capable of the 100%. Just regular weekly water changes of 25% would keep it in check.

I am not a huge fan of adding chemicals to my tank to fix a problem that can be done without.
