I have a Naso tang that has been in QT for a week now and yesterday I noticed a dark spot on the tang. Today I checked on the tang And the dark spot has now turned into some type of sore. Any idea what this is. He is the only fish in this QT tank.

Agreed. Does it look like a wound that became Infected?+1 ^^^ agreed it looks like a bacterial infection has set in. Using a wide spectrum antibiotic is called for asap. On tangs and butterflies, recommend NFG powder. It's amazing. But a bit hard to get a hold of other than online. Another option is the "trifecta" of Metro + Kanaplex + Furan2 this combination covers just about every need.
