New to the aquarium and still trying to identify what’s on my live rock... what is this arm coming out?

It’s moving and have 2 of them..thank you so much for your help.. I try to look up everything that I find, but sometimes you can’t find what they are.. I love being a member of reef2reef. I appreciate all the help

Ah I see it now. I was looking at the tiny feather dusters. Lol

looks like a bristle star (if I’m looking at the correct area). Or a sea spider. But Hard to say exactly what it is. Sorry.
