Hi everyone
Need HELP!! I have a Fluval EVO 13.5 gallon and it's already established..have it for 5 months now. All parameters are nice and healthy. I have a bubble tip anemone and 4 different corals that are doing just fine. Had a guy from local fish store recently come to my house and tested my water and even brought me a Yellowtail blue damselfish and he acclimated the fish himself. Damselfish died wishing 4 hours. This is the 4th attempt in trying to add some fish to my tank and all have died. First time around was 2 clownfish and second time was 2 green chromis.

I’m sure some experts will chime in soon but curious if you’ve got enough water moving at the surface to oxygenate the water ? Does the tank have a tight fitting lid ?

Verify salinity. Take a water sample to a different lfs and have it tested again.
What is tank temperature and how damsel introduced and acclimated?

since there are no fish in it i wonder if you can do a 100% water change and add bio-spira bacteria, run it for a few weeks and then check water/try again?
