Here’s the pictures that he send me.
the torch are little bit over cut on the bottom of skeleton but domestic affect anything is a still a full head on the top part.
now he want to send it back and want me to provide the return label.
For me this is a healthy coral that are doing great I accept the return but don’t want to pay for that return shipping. Because that’s not a good reason to return a healthy coral back
So we do you guys say?

The torch is healthy and is fully recover that torch is doing he’s tank almost a week now is doing great. Basically he just don’t like the way that I cut it

I don’t know you guys feeling that way, if I’m the customer I’m asking for anything because that’s a healthy full recovered coral and is doing great,Why do I need a return then? I’m taking that back btw

I hate publicly airing this, my friends. But I feel while overwhelming you have stated everything I told him, he only showed you half the pics. Here's the torch the day I received it after temp, drip acclimation and dipping before dunking. The pics he posted were 3 days after receiving it. I never was shown it like this (I know shame on me for not asking for more pics of every side and angle but I also know it can be a pain to do and send them) nor did he state like he did with the master that it was cut premature or in half.
I do not cut my torches like this. While I'm not one to judge, I feel it's not proper for me to do business like that. And if I chose to do so, I would want the buyer to know so that he would not be surprised with ¾ of a head and missing the teeth and rim on one side. If this were a matter of size or I'm unhappy with color I would either cover shipping or eat it. But I believe its a major health risk to my corals and was sold a defective product, so to speak, that was not mentioned. Okay, I've said too much here's pics, you decide.
