Depends on who you ask. I would remove it just because I'd rather have more pods than flatworms. But because they only eat pods and are non-photosynthetic you don't see them having huge population explosions like you do with some other flatworms so some will say they are harmless.

Acoel (glass) flatworm. They are not harmful but can be a nuisance when populated in numbers. Siphon out ASAP and hopefully no others. If several, again siphon and consider addition of Lunare or melanurus wrasse or even a blue velvet nudibranch who will eat them.
Flatworm stop also works but the dead flatworms can or may release toxins.

Glass and acoel are the harmless ones as far as destroying coral, although high in number, can smother a coral in no time.
