So, I am trying to figure out how much I need to dose... I completely forgot and can't figure out how to get back to 440cal, it's currently sitting at 386 on the lower end..

My alk is at 9.1 currently testing with both hanna checkers.

My tank is a red-sea max 260e I have 40lbs of rock as well 40lbs of sand. I tried to do the BRS calc.. I don't understand it completely cause I use ESV salt mix as well ESV 2 part alk and cal for dosing. Can't figure out which ones to pick on their website for the dosing in MLs... kinda confusing, or maybe I'm just retarded.. lol thanks all in advanced!

If someone is online to help a brotha out that would be much appreciated.

This calc has ESV as a supplement.

Just put in your water volume at the top, what your current cal is, what you want it to be, choose ESV B-ionic, and it will tell you how much to add.

Now if your not sure on your actual water volume, input your tank size, and maybe do half the recommended dosage, test and see where your at.

Do the esv bicarbonate or the wsv original or do the ESV calcium chloride?

Choose which ever product you have.

I have no idea what product you have available, just that ESV is a product you can pick in that calc.

Yes I am at 9.1alk where I need to be , I am trying to figure out how much to dose to get back to 440cal , I am currently 386cal and want to get to 440cal. Tank met water volume is about 67gal with 40lbs of rock and 40lbs of sand. I am trying to see which esv b-ionic to use on that website Homer brought me too to see about the cal. I need to start dosing since I have a crap load of frags and semi colonies I have in this new tank and just don't wanna crash it with over dosing. I crashed one time before, I am not new to the hobby but been out the hobby for some years now!

Ok so the direction for those, say 1ML will raise 1G of tank water by 16ppm....So you need to raise your CAL by 54ppm

16 / 54 = 3.375. Lets call it 3.4.

3.4 x 67 = 227ml of that product.

The calc I linked to using ESV B-Ionic Original CA buffer Pt 2 says to add 202ML. I think I would err on the side of caution and add 200ML wait a couple hours, then test to see the results.

Gonna dose 180 at first to be on the safer side and see where things hit. Can always add more.
