125 has been up and running for a month only have fish .I saved a fox face from freezing but now he has ich if I medicate the DT will it kill my bacteria.

Generally, no, ich meds won't kill your nitrifying bacteria. What meds are you using? Any effective ich treatment won't be safe for invertebrates, by the way.

You will want to use either some form of copper, or the less common chloroquine phosphate. If you want inverts in the tank later, then you will have to use carbon and water changes to get the copper out eventually. Without a Copper test kit, it will be difficult to hit the correct dosage as well.

Tank transfer method is another way to treat ich, but you'll have to catch the fish. Another option would be hyposalinity. This can be done in the display, but may have some risks.
