I have an 75 Gal tank with an overflow system with 2 U tubes. Yesterday I shut the tank off to do a small water change, and when I turned it back on and added more water the overflow quit draining. The back side of the overflow just filled up and almost overflowed. Any suggestions? Now my tank has been off for over 24 hours. What should I do?

Are you talking about a over the tank wall overflow....it needs a suction to get going watch this video

24 hours is a long time to be off with no flow

Did the siphons fill with air bubbles? This is common and will break siphon after restarting.
It is caused by low flow that don't clear/suck down the bubbles while siphoning. Can you run with 1 tube? This will increase the flow thru that tube and might keep, it clear of air.
