All of a sudden i have those almost 20cm long alge looking like a hair here and there. When i get rid of them 2 days later they are back. What is it and why is it and how di i get rid of them?

are you seeing this in multiple spots or just one ?

You need to check under the microscope to be 100% sure, but as far as the info your provided I would go with dinoflagellates commonly known as Dino and best approach for 100% elimination of it you need to start dosing silicates (waterglass) to encourage diatoms in order to compete the dinos! No conditioners or blackouts kill dinos completely but again you need microscope to be sure

Multiple. I have removed them wherever possible with a pipe. all parameters are ok. Only nh3 and po4 i cant detect even though I am feeding 5 Times a week now

Nitrates,PO4 bottomed out.
are you running skimmer?
