Hi i’m having one heck of a time getting rid of this stuff. Tank is like 6-8 months old , everything is was perfect . i did notice my phosphates are 0, everything coral related is closed up. Had light off for two days also no change.

Any chance of a closer photo? I'm suspecting dinos with 0 phosphates. Best of luck :)

Yep that’s the recipe for dino’s zero nitrates and zero phosphates . Now just need to confirm and find out what strain

What kind of corals do you have? You definitely want to turn on the lights if you have corals! I would try using gravel vacuum/siphon to clean up the sand. You want to have a little nitrate and phosphates in your tank so try not to do too much water change. I wouldn't do a water change for at least a couple of weeks to build up the nutrients.

Water change is not good right now. You have to get your phosphates up to .05 to .1 nitrates should follow. At 0 you have killed all your good bacteria and the bad are taking over. Get your nutrients up and dose nitro bacter 7 once your phosphates are up your good bacteria will over power your dinos.

If you have a skimmer running, take the collection cup off.
You really need to add nutrients at the moment as other have pointed out.
Feed the fish more.

You need about 5-10ppm Nitrate and around 0.1 Phosphate
