Need Hitchhiker confirmation, I think spaghetti worm?

Sorry for the horrid pics but its hard to get. They're long translucent white tendrils coming out of spots on the rock. If I'm Right, is there any issue with them? Or any easy way to remove them? Looking at pics of when they get large, I'm not a fan.

Thanks, thats looks more correct, I can see a small tube at the base of one of them. Ew. Lets hope a wrasse shows interest
