Need ID, also how??

So I have this worm or something in my tank that I have no id how it got there. It’s living with my tiger postal shrimp. Here is a pic! I’m going to wait until night fall to get a letter picture or remove the creepy thing!

Google Peanut Worm.
 
It has white bristles, and I think I also saw some red. So it’s definitely not that guy. Seems to be a bristle worm but I have no id how I got it, I also don’t even know if it’s a good one or not. You would think the postal crab would kill it

Remove them and get better pic for ID in a container with water!

Auto correct got me real good this time. I just ordered a trap off of amazon. I’m going to catch that guy.
