Need ID on these critters

Tank is about 4 weeks old. I have diatoms galore and leaving them be except for my small amount of CUC.

Just noticed these whitish worm loops on my rock that is at the highest point in my tank. They seem to be looped on the top of the rock

Any info would be great.

Awesome. I was hoping that is was something cool and good and not something cool and scary.

I don't have a lot of fish and only 1-2 regular hermit crabs so maybe they will hatch.
