Need Id on these Please

Hey everyone,

I need id on these. They are white soft tube like small thing. They seem to attach on one side and have a feather on the other side. They scrub easily. I first noticed them in my sump. I turned over one of my rock in my DT and they are all over it. There is a few at the base of some coral plugs.

Are these good or bad? should I be worried about it.
