This stuff has started growing on my driftwood. Not sure exactly what it is and am curious if it's harmful.

not sure driftwood such a good idea in SW.
 
1st pic is coralline, yay!
others are stuff that might be drawing nutrients from the wood. maybe it'll go away.

Very interesting. Any info of the coralline? Why is that color? Will it encrust?

Driftwood is known to attract or in better terms invite both slime and fungus and if you run your fingers and it feels slimy- Its likely what it is.
