My guess is that it is a Majano Anemone which is a pest similar to the notorious Aiptasia Anemone... it has to go. Because they grow like crazy...

Yes it came from a live rock

Ball anemone or pseudocorynactis would be just a guess, it’s hard to tell from the pictures also not fully expanded yet.
